Rutba Office how-to films: forty-nine of them, one task to a film
Forty-nine how-to films for Rutba Office are now on YouTube and on office.rutba.io, each three to five minutes on one task, from merging PDFs to Presenter View, each recorded in the released app on files made up for the film.

An app film says what an app is. A how-to film shows one job done in it from start to finish, at the speed somebody would follow along. Rutba Office now has forty-nine of them, on the Rutba Office channel on YouTube and gathered app by app on office.rutba.io/how-to.
How they are made
- One task each, three to five minutes, with chapters and captions.
- Recorded in the released app. Each script is checked click by click against the release before it is shot, and a step that does not work is not shown. Following the scripts found faults the checks had missed, and Rutba Office 2.18 put many of them right.
- Made-up files. The shops, mail, contacts and figures are invented for each film, so nothing on screen belongs to anyone.
- Different voices. The series is narrated in a range of English voices, one per episode.
