A fleet manager's questions are compliance and cost, not today's parcels: what is due, what is off the road, what did fuel cost per kilometre. Rutba Fleet answers them on the same asset register the accountant depreciates from, so a vehicle is one record with a legal status, a driver, a fuel line and a cost, not four spreadsheets that disagree about the registration.
In early access. Early access. Running today: vehicles on the asset register, drivers and licences, walkaround checks and defects, duty and hours, fuel and incidents. Not yet: due-date reminders, and a running cost that includes servicing and depreciation. Priced on request for now, and onboarding is hands-on. It needs the asset register from Rutba Facilities, where the vehicle lives.
