Releases, maintenance and incidents, published where anyone can read them rather than only to customers who are already signed in. If we broke something, it is on this page too.

This is the public half of a two-way channel
Customers get more than this: announcements targeted to what they actually run, in the product, with a reply path — and a feedback board where requests are voted on across every organization. What you see here is what we said in public.
Incidents affecting a generally available service are posted here and emailed to the administrative contact on every affected organization. The service level agreement says what we commit to, and the trust centre says where status will live when there is a probe behind it.
