Business software collects assets in three places and none of them agree: the HR list of issued kit, the fixed-asset register in accounting, and the machine records the plant keeps. Rutba Facilities is one register. The ledger depreciates from it, maintenance schedules work on it, and a leaver’s checklist reads what it shows the person still holding. The custody trail is insert-only, so who had what and when it was returned is a record rather than an argument.
In early access. Early access. Built: the register with custody events, sites and spaces, lifecycle with contracts and licences, and the work engine behind requests, orders and planned work. Not built yet: the statutory-inspection register, room bookings, and health and safety. One thing worth knowing if you are also buying production: a machine is an asset, so the maintenance app in Rutba Manufacturing and this product are two surfaces over one work engine rather than two registers of the same things. Neither is a copy of the other and you never reconcile them.
