Rutba Facilities is one register. HR issues from it, the ledger depreciates from it, and — when M4 lands — maintenance schedules work on it. The custody trail is insert-only, so who had what and when it was returned is a record rather than an argument.
In early access. Early access means M0–M3 shipped 2026-09-03 — the register with custody events, sites and spaces, lifecycle with contracts and licences — and the work engine behind requests and orders is M4. The statutory-inspection catalogue starts UK-first. One thing worth knowing if you are also buying production: a machine is an asset, so the maintenance app in Rutba Manufacturing and this product are two surfaces over one work engine rather than two registers of the same things. Neither is a copy of the other and you never reconcile them.
